Charlotte McDougall

Charlotte McDougall is a communication and leadership coach. For the last 15 years she and her team have been working with top City institutions and private individuals to develop leadership skills, win new business, increase personal impact and build strong client relationships. She founded Charlotte McDougall Associates in 2002. Along with Edie Lush, she is the co-author of How to Speak with Confidence in Public. Charlotte is also an actress and comedy writer who has performed with Cate Blanchett, Miranda Hart and Ronnie Corbett. She wrote and starred in the Radio 4 comedy sketch show The Bearded Ladies, and her recent appearances include Downtown Abbey, We're Doomed, The Inbetweeners, Misfits, The Paradise and Charlotte Grey. Charlotte lives in London with her young family and a scruffy dachshund.
